This is a stylish fukuro obi woven with shiny metallic coated threads.
Pastel colored pretty motifs of sakura (cherry blossoms), hagi (bush clover) and pine twigs are woven here and there.
The lace-like pattern along the right side edge add loveliness to this obi.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

The folding line is rather prominent.
However, there's no other noticeable flaw.
As a whole, it's in very good condition and can be worn on formal occasions.
