This bright orange nagoya obi has gorgeous embroidered bamboo pattern.
There are fine 'karabana'(imaginary Chinese flowers) and 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles) pattern in the bamboo stems.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

There are some flaws including snags on the otaiko (square bow) pattern and the maegara (front pattern).
However, all the indicated flaws are not so much outstanding.
As a whole, it's in very good condition and can still be tied.
