This maru obi is from around Meiji period(1868-1912)
Very fine chrysanthemum and flowers pattern is woven allover in the black background.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has soft touch.
It has a slight folding line, frays and slight discoloration. There is not serious damage.
It is in very good condition.
*It may not be enough strong to tie for its old age. So please use it as handicraft material of interior decor.
