This is a fukuro obi with alluring 'housouge' (imaginary flower in China) pattern, which is woven partially with silver metallic coated threads.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.

There is a noticeable stain about the center of the maegara (front pattern) area.(The first flaw photo.)
Also, the tare end seems to be slightly discolored.
