This is a nagoya obi with pastel colored 'natsume' (tea ceremony item) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
The ivory background looks rather discolored with spread patinas.
The patinas are visible over the otaiko (square bow) area and the maegara (front pattern) area.
