This is an amusing vintage men's juban (undergarment).
Its dyed pattern seems themed from memorable events in 1930's.
For example, the horse pictures and the medallion must indicate the victory of
Takeichi Nishi in 1932 Los Angeles Olympics and the crown may signify the coronation of George VI in 1936.
Textile is wool.
Shoulder is folded and sewn and if you unpick the seam, sleeve to sleeve will be 1.6in(4cm) longer.
It's quite worn out with several flaws. It has some small holes and the right side seem is opened about 3.9 in (10cm).

Still it must be a wonderful collection item.
