This is a tasteful vintage sakiori obi with reddish check pattern.
Sakiori is a traditional Japanese technique of rag weaving.
The rag strips are cut finely and woven into a tweed-like fabric.
Materials seem to be mainly cotton.

It doesn't have prominent flaws.
However, the both ends are not sewn and weft yarns are coming off. You had better sew the ends before you use it.
