This is a nagoya obi with sarasa (chintz) style pattern woven out with gleaming silver metallic coated threads.
This obi is separated into 2 parts of Tare part and Belt part.
Textile is jinken(rayon) and has rather stiff touch.

In addition to the indicated discoloration, patinas can also be seen on the ties.
