This is a silk bolt for mourning nagoya obi.
Textile is thick silk and festival cart pattern is woven in two parts. Approx 47.2 in ( 120 cm) and 15.7 in ( 40 cm) parts (includes festival cart part) are silver , and the rest part is solid ivory.
Textile has medium touch.
It has some patinas and discoloration as photos show. However, it must be an excellent handicraft material!
