This is a nagoya obi with exotic sarasa(chintz) pattern which is dyed. This obi is separated into 2 parts of Tare part and Belt part.
Textile is jinken(rayon) and has rather stiff touch.

As the second figure shows, it has rather prominent patinas on the belt part.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but it can be an excellent handicraft material!
