This is a kimono fabric cut into Furisode shape and stitched roughly before sewing to make Furisode . Kimono is made of a bolt of cloth which is 14.2" in width.
This Furisode has elegant flowers and 'kikko'(tortoise shell) motifs, which are dyed colorfully.
Textile is silk with damask effect(rinzu), and has soft and smooth touch.

It has slight discoloration and some stains as photos show. However, it must be an excellent handicraft material!

*You need a lining fabric to sew Furisode from this fabric. And sewing Furisode is very difficult, and it is a work for professionals.
