This is a graceful fukuro obi with golden fans woven over the wave patterned background.
The beautiful fans are adorned with some flowers such as sakura (cherry) and kiku (chrysanthemum) in lovely tones.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws.
The folding line is rather prominently marked.
In addition, the lining(wrong side) seems to be discolored fully to brownish.
