This is a tsume tsuzure nagoya obi with glorious tsurumon and other gorgeous pattern, which is woven with tsume tsuzure technique.
One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed. It has special kind of comfortable and medium touch of tsume tsuzure silk.
This item must have been a very ravishing one, we are sure!
White areas have patinas, and the whole item has stains and patinas. It is also discolored.

It may be difficult to wear, but it must be an excellent interior decor!
