This is a gorgeous vintage maru obi.
Ornate 'karabana'(imaginary Chinese flowers) in lozenges are colorfully woven, and between them, golden takara items can be seen.
Textile is silk, and it's soft and thick.

Due to its old age, it has some flaws.
Snags can be seen here and there.
However, as a whole, it's still in very good condition for its old age.
