This is an antique kasuri fabric - it has charming stripe and 'shou-chiku-bai'( pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) pattern, which is hand woven with double ikat technique.
Textile is rather thick and has soft and comfortable touch.
Cotton yarns seem to be hand spun one, and has very comfortable touch.
It also has beautiful natural ai color.
It has some flaws as photos and figure show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
