This is a silk bolt for nagoya obi.
Textile is rather thick silk and unique geometric pattern is woven in two parts ( for otaiko and maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) parts), and the rest part is solid ivory.

Textile has soft touch.

It has some flaws as photos show. In addition, it seems to be slightly discolored all over. However, it must be an excellent handicraft material! (100cm= 39in)
