This is a fukuro obi with gleaming 'kikko' (tortoise shell) pattern, which is woven mostly with golden metallic coated threads.
The hexagons have a charming butterfly and scarlet kiku (chrysanthemums) and maple leaves.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.

It has a couple of snags in places including the otaiko (square bow) area.
The folding line is not outstanding.
As a whole, it's in very good condition.
