This is a graceful silver fukuro obi with woven colorful fan, flowers and butterfly motifs. Its weaving technique is called Saganishiki.
Textile is silk and, and it's soft.
It has some flaws as photos and figure show, but they are slight or small and not disturbing. As a whole it is in very good condition, and can be worn.
