This is a fukuro obi with exotic 'karabana'( imaginary Chinese flower) in diamond pattern which is woven.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
Both folding line and discoloration are really slight and not so disturbing. As a whole, it is in very good condition. Please check details with photos and the figure.
