This is a summer
nagoya obi made of asa(ramie).
It has wonderful maple leaf pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is hand plied and hand woven asa, which has medium and textured touch. It might be hand plied in China.
It has prominent patinas at places. It is in the very near the lower end of otaiko pattern, so you must fold it as lower as you can, but the lower part of the pattern may be folded for not showing the patinas.
A maegara(front patterned part) also has patinas, but another maegara is OK.
It has some other flaws as photos and figure show. Please check detail photos.
