This is a set of vintage boy's miyamairi kimono and a juban.
Adorable children are playing Momotaro folk tale, after defeating ogres in Onigashima, Momotaro clan(pheasant, dog, and monkey) is hauling treasures back home. You can see mask of each animal on kid's head!
Momotaro is just cheering...
The pattern is vividly dyed and accented with kinkoma embroidery.
Both the textiles of the kimono and the juban are soft and smooth plain silk.
Item is slightly padded throughout.
Stains and patinas shown on photos(CDEH) are somewhat prominent due to the age.
It has other flaws as the photos show, however overall, it is in very good condition.
