This is a summer nagoya obi with grass and 'seigaiha' (wave) pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is ro , summer sheer silk, and it's soft.
There is a stamp of the dyer.

One side of the maegara (front pattern) area is rather prominently stained, though the other side remain relatively pristine.
Above the otaiko (square bow) pattern, there are stains (photo B and D).
Discoloration can be seen in some places as well.
