This is a lovely fukuro obi with 'kikko' (tortoise shell) pattern woven against its claret background.
The hexagons have pretty motifs in themselves such as bird, cross and flower.
Textile is silk, and has soft touch.
Stiff lining is not added.

There are a couple of stains, from small one to big one, in the otaiko (square bow) area.
The folding line is somewhat outstanding in places.
As for other damages such as discoloration, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
If you wish to tie this charming obi, you might as well take into account the little annoying stains over the otaiko...
