This is a
maru obi made of glossy deep blue shusu silk.
Its woven pattern is children playing around.
This
maru obi is only patterned over 60 % of both the sides.
Textile has soft and smooth touch.
The pattern is set upside down, and it's supposed to be tied in a special way called 'hikinuki'.
Both discoloration and stains are outstanding about the maegara (front pattern) area.
There is a faint folding line as well.
