This is a sioze nagoya obi with calm lakeside scenery pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is sioze silk, and it's soft and smooth.

As shown in photo A and B, the baige base has some tiny but dark stains.
Also, the fabric has faint scraped marks typical of sioze textile.
However, as a whole, it's still in very good condition.
