This is a nagoya obi with an oriental sarasa (chintz) like dyed pattern.
Textile is jinken(rayon) , and it has soft touch.

The smudges indicated in the figure are not outstanding as to disturb you.
However, there're some spots where golden outlines are peeled off, though they're only visible when looked close.
As a whole, it's still in very good condition and can be tied.
