This is a vintage
nagoya obi with a gorgeously embroidered pattern of auspicious pine branches and flying cranes.
Its dazzling base is woven with lots and lots of golden metallic coated threads.
This obi seems to be once another kind of obi, maybe maru obi, and reshaped from it into
nagoya obi so that there're some seam lines over the tare end and on the reverse side.
Textile is soft but has somewhat textured touch due to the golden threads.
As mentioned above, there are some seam lines.
The embroidered parts has several snags as shown in the first flaw photo.
However, as a whole, it's still in very good condition.
