Scenes of Gion Matsuri are colorfully woven out.
Can you see people dressed in their fine attires of Heian period?
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

Aside from the faint stain on the reverse side, there's no noticeable damage.
It seems unworn and is in excellent condition.
