This is a zentsu (fully patterned) fukuro obi made by Yamaki Weaving Co, one of the famous obi weaving companies in Kyoto.
Its woven pattern is crowds of noble people from Heian period.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

To see the yellow logo shown in the photo next to the flaw sheet, the tare end is partially opened.
Though there's a folding line, it's in very good condition and can be tied.
