This is a contemporary summer Ro nagoya obi with attractive water strider, stream and leaves pattern, which is woven.
Textile is ro, summer sheer silk and has medium touch.
It seems not to be tied, but there are very small stains as the photos and the sheet show.
As a whole it is nearly in excellent condition and can be tied at formal occasions!
