This is a vintage black nagoya obi - nostalgic rose and butterfly motifs are embroidered elaborately with thin threads.
Please enjoy its wonderful embroidery details with more photos.
Textile is shusu silk, and has soft touch.
The embroidery of a beard is missing ( and coming off).
Gold koma embroidery near the bear is also coming off(not missing, but unpicked the seam).
There are prominent frays in the hems all over.
The black shusu silk may become weak.
However, still, its beautiful vintage embroidery would be a wonderful display or handicraft material.
