This is a stylish narrow obi - textile is thick tsuzure silk, and cool wavy lines are woven colorfully.
Textile has rather stiff touch.
It seems not to be tied, but there is couple of discolored parts of gold threads ( in the figure, it is written as 'peeled spots').
As a whole it is in very good condition and can be tied!
