This is a tasteful vintage sakiori obi with woven border pattern.
Sakiori is a traditional Japanese technique of rag weaving.
The rag strips are cut finely and woven into a tweed-like fabric.
Material seems blend of cotton and jinken(rayon). It has rather stiff and textured touch.
As the photos and the sheet show, it has discoloration and some stains including the dark one shown in photo A.
