This is a vintage nagoya obi with unique takara pattern, which is elaborately embroidered. Textile is silk and it also has woven takara pattern.

It has some flaws as photos show.
The corners are frayed and there are stains at places, and otaiko and maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) parts also have some stains.
Please check detail photos.

However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
