This is a vintage maru obi with alluring rose pattern, which is boldly woven.
Its nostalgic design has wonderful taste of Taisho period(1912-1926).
The pattern only covers 60% of both of the right and wrong side.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, the side edges are frayed throughout.
Not only through the middle, folding lines are prominently spread in the blank area.
As for other damages, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
As a whole it is in very good condition and an be tied.
