This
fukuro obi has stunning carp pattern which is woven in the both sides. Brave carps are swimming up a waterfall and the dramatic pattern may make you think you can hear the splash! Tradition has it that once a carp survived swimming up a waterfall of the Yellow River, it transforms itself to a dragon! Swimming up carp is the symbol of social success.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
It has a couple flaws as photos show however they are very slight and not so disturbing. Please check details with photos and the figure. As a whole, it is nearly in excellent condition.
