This is a fukuro obi with comical and charming birds woven against its understated golden mottled background.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
There's no stiff lining inside.
As the photos and the sheet show, folding lines are rather spread.
What the lined marks near the tesaki end indicate is a broken line of a brownish warp.
