This is a charming fukuro obi with lattice check pattern, which is woven.
In the check, there are some motifs of rabbit under large flower or palm like tree.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

With no folding line, it seems unworn.
However, there are some small flaws as indicated in the figure, though all of them are small and not at all disturbing.

As a whole, it's in very good condition.
