This is a fukuro obi with a patchwork-like woven pattern.
In the pattern, there are medallions, 'hana karakusa' (flower arabesque) and several other traditional patterns such as 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles).
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

It seems not to be worn, but as the photos and the sheet show, the side edges on the backside seem a little discolored.
However, as a whole, it's in very good condition.
It can be tied at formal occasions.
