This is a lime green nagoya obi with a Sarasa (chintz)-like woven pattern of flower vines and pretty birds.
Textile is silk, and it's a little stiff.
There are some patina-like faint stains.
The stains shown in photo A are more noticeable in a brownish color.
Also, there is somewhat prominent discoloration over the tare end on the backside (sorry there's no picture of it).

The flaws will not be problem for wearing.
