This is a vintage summer
maru obi - it has alluring rose pattern, which is woven.
Approx 55 % of the both sides are patterned ( the rest part is blank).
Textile is ro, summer sheer fabrick, of jinken (rayon), and it's somewhat stiff.
It has some flaws as photos show.
From the maegara (front pattern) area to the tesaki end of one side, patinas are rather annoyingly spread.
However, the other side doesn't have much patinas over both the otaiko (square bow) and maegara (front pattern) areas.
So, you can still tie this obi making the latter side come out.
As for other damages such as stain, smudge and discoloration, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
