This wonderful meisen kimono has exotic 'karabana'( imaginary Chinese flower) and shasrp geometric pattern, which are woven.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the figure shows, it has rather prominent discoloration on shoulders and patinas can be seen in places. It has some other flaws such as a rather prominent stain B so please check details with photos and the figure.
