This is a vintage maru obi with an elegant woven pattern of flowers and 'genji-guruma' (wheel).
And the pink color of its background!
You rarely find a vintage maru obi in such a lovely color!
Textile is jinken(rayon) and has rather stiff touch.

The pattern is set upside down, and it's supposed to tie in a special way called 'hikinuki'.
As the photos and the sheet show, a folding line runs throughout all the length.
Sorry but the black stains shown in photo B are actually the ones marked C in the figure, and the stain B in the figure is a rather large brownish stain.
