This maru obi is from around Meiji period(1868-1912)
Very fine ume and bamboo pattern is woven allover in the black background.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has soft touch.

It has some flaws as photos show. The line (A) is thin uneven line of weaving.
As a whole it is in very good condition.

*Because of its old age, it may not have enough strength to tie. So please use it as handicraft material or interior decor.
