This obi is made of sioze silk, and has graceful 'doukyo'(copper mirror) pattern, which is embroidered elaborately.
Please enjoy its incredibly beautiful embroidery work with more photos.
It is well worn and has prominent folding line, discoloration and frays/smudges.
The background of otaiko and maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) parts are also has prominent discoloration.
It also has some stains. Please check detail photos.
It may not be able to wear, but still charming piece for its wonderful embroidery. It must be an excellent handicraft material or interior decor!
