This is a charming tsumugi kimono with small crosses woven allover with double ikat technique.
Colorful 'hana-ikada' (flower rafts) of chrysanthemums stand out against its ivory background.
Textile is tsumugi silk, and it's soft and slightly nubby.

It doesn't seem to have ever been worn, though discoloration and patinas from the storage time can be seen.
The discoloration on front around the armholes are rather prominent.
