This fukuro obi has chintz like animals and flowers pattern, which is elaborately embroidered.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

As the photos and the sheet show, it has a rather prominent folding line and smudges.
Maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) part has couple of small prominent stains (D) ( another maegara side is OK).
There is a rather large stain above the otaiko part (C).
However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
