This is a vintage men's juban (undergarment) with playful design - its dyed pattern is 'Sou-Kei-Sen', the baseball game between the baseball clubs of Waseda University and Keio University.
A baseball field is dyed across this item, and there's a Waseda team's batter who is looking upwards.

Textile is soft silk, and it's only lined around the back and the chest.
As the photos and the sheet show, discoloration from its old age is rather spread.
Patinas can be seen as well, especially along the line from the neck to the shoulders.
