This is a yukata with enchanting dot stripe pattern, which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Textile is soft cotton.
As the photos and the sheet show, there are some prominent stains and discoloration.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but still charming piece for its wonderful design. It must be an excellent handicraft material!
