This exotic purple nagoya obi is from pre WWII.
Its main otaiko (square bow) pattern is a hexagon consisting of a 'shishi' (lion) and flowers such as peonies and paulownia embroidered colorfully.
Textile is soft and sleek shusu silk.
Because of its old age, it has some flaws as photos show. However, there is not serious damage.
Please check detail photos.
Its overall condition is still very good.
